Head of Ventilation & Air Conditioning Department

TermoUniversal LLC invites applications for the position of Head of Ventilation & Air Conditioning Department. We implement construction and engineering projects, including installation, maintenance and organisation of works on ventilation, air conditioning and climate systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Organisation and supervision of the ventilation and air conditioning department.
• Planning of work at project sites, distribution of tasks among employees and teams.
• Quality control of installation works for ventilation, air conditioning and associated equipment.
• Verification of project, technical and executive documentation.
• Coordination with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and designers.
• Monitoring compliance with deadlines, technical requirements, safety standards and building codes.
• Preparation of requests for materials, equipment and tools.
• Participation in drafting estimates, commercial proposals and technical solutions.
• Working with the existing client base and subcontractors.
• Building a new client base.
• Supervision of installers, engineers and subcontracting organisations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in ventilation, air conditioning or engineering networks.
• Experience managing employees, installation teams or an engineering department.
• Knowledge of ventilation and AC systems: ductwork, fan coils, chillers, VRF/VRV systems, supply-and-exhaust units.
• Ability to read project and technical documentation.
• Understanding of installation stages, commissioning and project handover.
• Responsibility, organisational skills, ability to make decisions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Driving licence category B and own vehicle.
