IT Company Director

We are looking for a leader who can organise the work of an IT team, monitor project execution, develop the company, work with clients and partners, implement effective business processes and ensure quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Organisation and overall management of the IT company's operations.
• Forming the company's development strategy, planning goals, budgets and key performance indicators.
• Managing the IT team: developers, system administrators, project managers, technical specialists and support staff.
• Monitoring IT project execution, meeting deadlines, quality standards and budgets.
• Interaction with clients, partners, subcontractors and service providers.
• Participating in negotiations, preparing commercial proposals, contracts and technical specifications.
• Managing client relations, project support and ensuring quality service.
• Organising internal business processes of the company.
• Overseeing financial, administrative and operational matters within the company's activities.
• Recruiting, developing and motivating the team.
• Introducing new IT solutions, services, products and business directions.

Requirements

• Higher education in IT, management, economics, engineering or related fields.
• Experience in the IT sector, project management or company/department management.
• Understanding of IT processes, software development, technical support, infrastructure or digital services.
• Experience managing a team.
• Ability to plan work, monitor deadlines and achieve results.
• Negotiation skills with clients and partners.
• Understanding of contract, financial and organisational work of a company.
• Responsibility, systematic thinking, leadership qualities and result orientation.
