Grants Specialist

TermoUniversal LLC is looking for a Grants Specialist to search for grant programmes, prepare applications, manage projects and attract financing for construction, engineering, energy efficiency and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Searching for current grant programmes, competitions, donor initiatives and funding programmes for business, construction, energy efficiency, recovery and infrastructure.
  • Analysing grant programme terms, applicant requirements, submission deadlines and selection criteria.
  • Preparing grant applications, project concepts, company activity descriptions, budgets, work plans and supporting documents.
  • Collecting required information from management, engineers, designers, estimators and accounting.
  • Preparing presentations, letters, analytical materials and justifications for grant programme participation.
  • Maintaining a register of grant opportunities, submitted applications, deadlines, results and required actions.
  • Communicating with grantors, foundations, international organisations, consultants and partners.
  • Managing grant projects after funding is received: monitoring deadlines, reporting, documents and grant conditions.
  • Participating in the preparation of financial, narrative and final reports for grant projects.

Requirements

  • Higher education in economics, law, management, international relations, construction, engineering or related fields.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of information and carefully analyse programme terms.
  • Proficient written Ukrainian, ability to express ideas clearly in writing.
  • Confident use of Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets.
  • Ability to create tables, budgets, plans, brief project descriptions and reports.
  • Responsibility, attention to detail, organisation and systematic thinking.
  • Ability to meet document submission deadlines.

Advantages
