Director of Electrical Installation Company

TermoUniversal LLC is seeking a Director of Electrical Installation Company to organise and oversee electrical works at construction, reconstruction and capital repair facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Organisation of the electrical company's work and coordination of engineers, site managers, electricians, estimators and other specialists.
• Planning and monitoring of electrical works at project sites.
• Control of deadlines, quality and volumes of completed works.
• Interaction with clients, general contractors, design organisations, technical supervision and regulatory bodies.
• Work with project, technical, estimate and executive documentation.
• Monitoring compliance with occupational safety, fire safety and electrical safety requirements.
• Participation in preparing commercial proposals, contracts, work completion certificates and work schedules.
• Formation and development of the team of electricians and technical specialists.

Requirements

• Higher technical education, preferably in electrical engineering, electrical technology, construction or engineering.
• Experience in electrical works, construction or engineering networks.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, rules for electrical works, occupational safety and electrical safety requirements.
• Understanding of project, estimate and executive documentation.
• Ability to manage work at multiple sites simultaneously.
• Experience working with clients, general contractors and technical supervision.
• Responsibility, organisational skills, ability to make decisions and control results.
• Driving licence category B and own vehicle.
