Crisis Manager

TermoUniversal LLC is seeking a Crisis Manager to analyse problem areas, optimise internal processes, monitor project execution and implement effective management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying problem areas in the company's work, projects, departments or individual processes.
  • Analysing causes of delays, cost overruns, organisational errors, inefficient communication or missed targets.
  • Developing and implementing anti-crisis measures to stabilise company operations.
  • Monitoring execution of construction, engineering, design or installation projects in terms of deadlines, resources, finances and documentation.
  • Optimising business processes and internal interaction between departments, subcontractors and clients.
  • Preparing analytical reports, action plans, roadmaps and proposals for management.
  • Monitoring task completion by responsible employees.
  • Participating in negotiations with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and partners in disputed or problematic situations.
  • Analysing contracts, deadlines, financial obligations, risks and potential consequences for the company.
  • Implementing a system of result monitoring, accountability and reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience in a managerial, analytical, operational or executive role.
  • Ability to quickly analyse situations, identify root causes and propose practical solutions.
  • Experience managing projects, departments or teams.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work with contracts, financial indicators, plans, schedules and reports.
  • Systematic thinking, responsibility, stress resistance, result orientation.
  • Ability to make decisions under time pressure and in non-standard situations.
