TermoUniversal LLC is looking for an Analyst to work with data, documents, calculations and information support for projects in the fields of construction, design, renovation and engineering networks. A systematic specialist who will work with data, spreadsheets, prices, contracts, commercial proposals and internal company reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Collection, analysis and systematisation of information on construction, design and engineering projects.
- Preparation of analytical tables, reports, comparisons, consolidated data and presentations for management.
- Analysis of commercial proposals, supplier price offers, material costs, equipment and services.
- Work with project, estimate, contract and tender documentation.
- Preparation of information for management decision-making.
- Monitoring the market for construction materials, equipment, services and subcontractors.
- Comparison of contract terms, work deadlines, resource costs and commercial conditions.
- Maintaining up-to-date internal registers, databases, tables and lists of suppliers and subcontractors.
- Interaction with engineers, estimators, designers, project managers, procurement and accounting departments.
- Preparation of internal reports on project execution, costs, deadlines and key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Higher education in economics, construction, engineering, finance, analytics or related fields.
- Attention to numbers, documents and details.
- Ability to analyse information, structure data and draw clear conclusions.
- Ability to handle large volumes of information.
- Literacy, responsibility, systematic thinking and organisation.
Advantages
- Experience as an analyst, economist, analysis manager or specialist in tender/estimate/contract documentation.
- Experience in a construction, design, engineering or contracting organisation.
- Understanding of estimate documentation, contract price, work completion certificates and resource statements.
- Experience analysing prices, commercial proposals, procurement or tender documentation.
- Knowledge of AVK, advanced Excel, CRM systems or project management systems.
